About the Symposia

A Symposium must be proposed by two organizers from different countries and it must comprise at least five participants included the organizers. Duration of one slot comprising five papers: two hours. Depending on the participants, one or more slots will be given to a Symposium. If a paper submitted as stand-alone paper and accepted by the Progam Committee pertains to the theme of a Symposium, the LOC will propose to the Symposium organizers to include it in their sessions.

Languages: Following the multilanguage tradition of the Academy, papers may be presented in any of the following languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, and Russian. For review procedure we require titles and abstracts for all proposals to be submitted in English or French. If a paper is presented in another language, please also supply an equivalent title in that language. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide facilities for translation at the Conference.
